Three Awesome Learning Opportunities for Individuals Aged 16 and Older
Option #1: Pre-GED/GED preparation for individuals aged 16 and older. $35 per hour for a minimum of four hours a week for a total of thirteen weeks. These one-on-one and/or small group (two - three people) sessions are conveniently arranged at public libraries or local book stores in Baltimore, MD to help individuals prepare to pass the Official GED exam. Participants receive consistent assessment and class testing to measure appropriate competencies. Additionally, participants help maintain their learning portfolios. A Pre-GED Book and/or GED Book is provided to every student based on his/her assessment scores.
Option #2: Online Pre-GED/GED preparation for individuals aged 16 and older. This online training is available for anyone in the United States who is interested in preparing to take the Official GED exam. $35 per hour for a minimum of six hours a week for a total of thirteen weeks. Individuals aged 16 and older will (1) receive weekly class assignments via emails; (2) participate in a weekly one-hour telephone coaching sessions; and (3) have unlimited email access to their instructor. A Pre-GED book and/or GED book is mailed to every student based on his/her assessment scores. Participants receive consistent assessment and class testing via email to measure appropriate competencies. Additionally, participants help maintain their learning portfolios online.
Option #3: Basic Tutoring in Language Arts/Writing and Math for individuals aged 18 and older. These one-on-one or small group (two - three people) sessions are for adults who already have a high school diploma but need help mastering the basic rules of grammar and math. $35 per hour for a minimum of four hours for a total of 7 weeks.
